The PA EMS Weekend of Recognition and Remembrance, held annually the weekend after Labor Day, is the Foundation’s primary fundraiser.  The ‘Weekend’ consists of three intertwined events.*

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

$4,000 - Diamond - Company logo prominently displayed on SAG Ambulance, a table of 8 at the Stars of Life Banquet and full-page ad in the banquet event program.  Limited availability, please call for availability before filling in the donation form.

$2,500 – Platinum – SAG Ambulance representation plus a Table of 8 at the Stars of Life Awards Banquet and half-page ad in the banquet event program. 

$1,500 – Gold – Name/Logo on the bike ride Support & Gear (SAG) Ambulance, 4 tickets to the Stars of Life Awards Banquet and your name/logo in the banquet event program. 

$1,000 – Silver – Two tickets to the Stars of Life Awards Banquet and recognition in the Stars of Life Awards Banquet event program.

$500 –Bronze - Recognition in the Stars of Life Awards Banquet event program.

$50 – $250 Patron – Recognition of gratitude from the PA EMS Provider Foundation.
