Annual EMS Memorial Service

Memorial Service begins at 11:00 am

The Fourteenth Annual Pennsylvania EMS Memorial Service will be held beginning at 11:00 am on Monday, September 9, 2024.

All EMS Agencies from across the Commonwealth are invited to demonstrate the EMS community’s solidarity by displaying an Emergency Vehicle (ambulance, squad unit, or supervisor’s vehicle with EV plates) as, together, we honor and remember EMS providers lost in the line of duty.

The Annual PA EMS Memorial Bike Ride will be ending their trek from Reading at the Memorial Service.  Plan to arrive by 10:30 am to welcome the cyclists along Commonwealth Avenue.  Parking for emergency vehicles will be available along Commonwealth Avenue.  If you are driving a personal vehicle, you will need to park in a nearby parking garage.

We ask that all agencies that plan on bringing vehicles register, in advance, so that we can ensure that adequate parking is available for the Bike Ride entourage and other emergency vehicles.  Please send an email to Kathleen at concise.events@gmail.com with the number of vehicles and she can supply specific information closer to the event.

There is NO COST to attend the Memorial Service.
